We had a very positive experience working with CBI during the purchase of our house in Querétaro. There were many complications to work through on the legal side and lender coordination, and Karina was a fantastic help throughout the process. Karina and Max were excellent partners in securing a mortgage for our Centrika condo. They were patient and knowledgeable. I wish we would have had more time to respond to their many requests but they were an intermediary with the bank, escrow and notario so they were not always in control of the schedule. Ok so here’s the deal - as an Entrepreneur out of US, getting a property in Mexico was something we always wished for, but never really thought it was realistic!
